Not so much a question, but I notice that - for the moment - we have a whole Splat: The Upcoming focused on the exploits of one particular guy. That's a pretty distinct difference, in that other splats orbit around their Celestine++ patrons.
The Getimian book will not focus on the exploits of Rakan Thulio. It'll focus on the Getimians. They're the protagonists of their stories, not him.
